Jennifer’s robust academic foundation, with a Bachelor of Business Management from Michigan State University, and her professional accreditations, including PMP, CompTIA Security+, and CSM, have equipped her with a diverse toolkit that she brings to her pivotal role at Couranto.
Jennifer’s approach to customer service is characterized by her commitment to excellence and a customer-first philosophy. She believes in not just meeting but anticipating customer needs, which has already started to shape the direction of our customer service operations. Her strategic initiatives are focused on enhancing client engagement and ensuring that our service delivery is as efficient as it is empathetic.
Since joining Couranto in October, Jennifer has begun to streamline processes, improve operational functionality, and develop strategies that are all about elevating the customer journey. She’s committed to nurturing a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and empowers our team to offer support that’s both proactive and personal.

Chris Dixon Joins to Lead Our Expansion Into the UK and EMEA
As Couranto continues to expand into the UK and EMEA region we are excited to announce that Chris Dixon has joined Couranto to head up our Sales and Operations in Europe. Chris has a wealth of experience from years in the Financial Services sector including time at BlackRock, and also has proven expertise in scaling SaaS enterprise businesses in the UK and EMEA. Chris spent six years in the British Army serving both overseas in Afghanistan and domestically in the UK, including the world renowned Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace. This broad and eclectic range of experience positions Chris well to effectively lead and scale the UK and EMEA growth and expansion for Couranto.
Chris will be building upon the great work and foundations that were laid by our well respected colleague Stephen Phillips, who will be stepping back into an advisory role for Couranto clients as Chris introduces himself to clients, publishers and other key contacts. These two respected professionals have been working together over recent weeks to ensure a smooth transition both operationally and commercially. Couranto would like to take this opportunity to thank Stephen for all the excellent work he has done over the last several years, and we all look forward to continuing to work with him in his advisory capacity.
Welcoming Hannah Collins to the Couranto Customer Service Team
We are delighted to welcome Hannah Collins who joins the Couranto team as a Customer Service Account Executive. Hannah came aboard early this year and has already made significant strides in providing efficient solutions to our clients' needs.
Hannah's journey to Couranto is as diverse as it is impressive. Growing up in a military family, Hannah had the unique opportunity to live and study in various countries around the world giving her a deep understanding of diverse cultures and markets. After completing her studies in Health Sciences, Hannah has spent most of her career excelling in client relations and project management within the SaaS industry, while also exploring the realms of entrepreneurship.
After years of urban living, Hannah now enjoys the tranquility of rural life with her family, which includes their two boisterous hound dogs and two very opinionated fluffy cats.
Ashley Guinn Joins Couranto as a Customer Service Account Executive
We are excited to welcome Ashley Guinn to Couranto as a new Customer Service Account Executive. Ashley joined Couranto early this year and has quickly become a key player in enhancing our customer service experience.
Ashley's career trajectory is inspiring. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a major in public relations and a minor in journalism, Ashley entered the mortgage banking sector where she quickly discovered her exceptional talent for communicating with clients under high-pressure conditions. After building a successful career in that demanding business sector, Ashley became a proud mother in 2021 and decided to seek a different balance between her personal and professional life.
